What form of payment do you accept?
We kindly accept payments in the form of cash or check. To streamline the process, we request that payment be made promptly following each therapy session. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
Why do I need to input my credit card information to hold my reservation?
We kindly request that a credit card number be provided at the time of booking, solely for reservation purposes. Rest assured, your card will only be charged under exceptional circumstances such as significant tardiness, a no-show, or if a booking is rescheduled/canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Your understanding in this matter is truly appreciated!
What is the studio cancelation policy?
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we're here to accommodate your needs. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you are welcome to do so without any fees. However, please note that appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to the full session price.
Is there parking available?
You'll find convenient street parking along Bellevue Avenue just outside our studio. Please note that we do not have a designated parking lot. As Bellevue Avenue tends to be busy, we recommend allowing ample time to locate parking prior to your appointment.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
To ensure the best experience for both you and our studio, we kindly request that you arrive for your session just five minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. This allows us to honor the full duration of your session, while maintaining the studio's schedule.
What if I am late to my appointment?
To ensure the smooth operation of our services and out of respect for both our practitioners and clients, we kindly request punctuality for all appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to communicate any delays by contacting the studio promptly. We allow a 15-minute grace period for tardiness, during which no additional charges will be incurred. However, due to the nature of our industry, we regret that we cannot accommodate clients arriving beyond the 20-minute mark of their scheduled appointment without prior notice. In such cases, if no communication has been received and the client has not arrived after 20 minutes, they will be considered a "no-show," and the remainder of the appointment slot will be forfeited. Please note that all no-shows are subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service for that day.
Does MXM Studio offer Gift Cards?
Currently, we don't have gift cards available, but we're exploring the possibility of offering them for online purchase in the future. Keep an eye out for updates!
